Kachori Recipe - Khasta Kachori
Ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Fresh green coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
Instructions
- Mash the boiled potatoes and mix them with chopped onion, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and chili sauce. Ensure the mixture is well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp oil. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
