  • 300 g chicken mince

  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 2 tbsp yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, black pepper, garam masala, garlic powder, ginger powder, and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well incorporate the spices intoto the mince mixture.
  • Shape the mince mixture into kebabs.
