Ingredients
- 500 g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 5 medium tomatoes cut in to half1
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- place a pan over medium flame, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup water.
- cook for a minute and cut the tomatoes in half and spread over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and peeled off easily.
- cook for additional 5 minutes or until water are absorbed. add 3 tbsp oil, black cardamom and garam masala. cover and cook for mor 3-5 minutes.
- remove from the pan and garnish with cilantro, green chili slices,and fresh cream.
- Serve hot with naan bread, roti, or steamed rice.
