Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole wheat or brown bread
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 2-3 piece of grilled chicken boti
- ¼ cup corn
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup sliced bell pepper (capsicum)
- 1 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for frying
- Ketchup for serving
Instructions
- Take four slices of brown bread and spread a bit of low-fat mayo on each slice.
