Ingredients
  

  • 800 g beef
  • 200 g fat
  • 2 medium chopped onion
  • 1 cup green coriender
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Seasoning Mix

  • 1 tbsp red chili
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt or as to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

Season the Beef Mince

  • Take a bowl and add beef mince season the beef with reed chili, garam masala, black pepper, salt, onion, coriender, green chilies, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and flour mix it well.

Marination

  • Cover and mareinate the beef mix for atleast 1 hour.

Make kabab

  • Take a small portion of the mixture in your hands and shape it into a flat round patty. Traditionally, Chapli Kababs are larger and flatter than regular meatballs. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture to make more kababs.

Cook the Kabab

  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Fry the kababs in hot oil until they are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure to cook them on both sides.

Serving
