Ingredients
  

  • 5 chicken legs
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green cilantro
  • All-purpose flour (for coating)
  • Eggs (for coating)
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Ketchup (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan. Add 5 chicken legs.
  • Season chicken with 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili, 1.2 tsp garam masala, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2 cups of water, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from bones and chop.
  • Boil 2 medium potatoes, mash them, and mix with chopped chicken, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red chili, and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Shape the mixture into lollipops around clean chicken bones. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Coat lollipops in all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil and fry lollipops for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve with ketchup. Enjoy!
