  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dry yeast
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp dry milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

For the Filling

  • 1 cup boiled chicken, minced
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Chopped cabbage as needed
  • Chopped capsicum as needed
  • Black olives Optional
  • Tomato slices as needed
  • 1/4 cup cheese

For Assembly

  • White sesame seeds
  • Egg wash (1 beaten egg)
