Ingredients

  • 2 packets of biscuits, crushed
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1-1/2 tbsp butter
  • Boiled milk (enough to knead the dough)
  • Compound chocolate for dipping
  • White chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  • Start by crushing the two packets of biscuits until they are finely ground. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut to the crushed biscuits.
  • Add butter into the dry mixture.
  • Gradually add milk to the mixture while kneading it until you can form a dough. The amount of milk needed can vary, so add it slowly until the dough comes together.
  • Shape the dough into cylindrical or ball shapes. Place the shaped biscuits in the refrigerator and let them chill for about 5 minutes.
  • Melt the compound chocolate. You can do this in the oven or using a double boiler.
  • Take the biscuit balls or cylinders and dip them into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
  • Place the chocolate-coated biscuits on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper to set. If desired, you can decorate the chocolate-coated biscuits with white chocolate by drizzling or adding designs on top.
  • Allow the chocolate to set and harden. Once the chocolate is set, your homemade chocolate-filled biscuits are ready to serve.

Notes

  • Ensure the butter you use is at room temperature. Softened butter incorporates more smoothly into the biscuit dough, resulting in a better texture.
  • Chilling the shaped biscuits before dipping helps the chocolate coating set faster and more evenly.
