  • 500 g yellow potatoes (3-4) cut into small cubes
  • 700 g eggplants cut similarly sized to potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
